Everyone loves a smile, but a big grin can become very unsettling in some situations. That’s the case with Paramount’s Smile, whose new teaser, which showed in theaters ahead of Top Gun and Crimes of the Future, will leave you with an uneasy feeling.
From writer-director Parker Finn comes the mysterious film that has been made under the radar. So far, all we know is that the movie follows “a doctor whose mind begins to turn on her after she witnesses a traumatic event that involves a patient.”
The film’s official Twitter account has now shared a version of the teaser that sees a woman pass a man, frozen with a fixed grin, on a hospital bed. She leans in to examine him to no avail. But he’s not the only one with a creepy AF smile.
The cast includes Sosie Bacon (“Scream” TV), Jesse T. Usher (“The Boys”), Rob Morgan (“Stranger Things”), Kyle Gallner (Scream 2022), and Caitlin Stasey (All Cheerleaders Die), and Harold and Kumar star Kal Penn. Temple Hill (Maze Runner) is producing the movie.
