Nicolas Cage is back for another horror movie, Longlegs, which is being described by Deadline as “in the vein of classic Hollywood psychological thrillers.” And we’re here for it.
The plot details have yet to be revealed, but we do know that Osgood Perkins (The Blackcoat’s Daughter) penned the script and will be in the director’s chair. And that’s enough to catch our attention.
Cage will also be producing under his Saturn Films banner that delivered The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and Pig. Dan Kagan (Significant Other), Brian Kavanaugh-Jones (Insidious), Chris Ferguson (Child’s Play), and Dave Caplan (The End We Start From) will also produce along with C2 Motion Picture Group which is financing the film.
We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. In the meantime, check out Pig now on Hulu and check out Renfield when it’s released in April.
