Get ready to return to the terrifying halls of Hell House! Terror Films Releasing has just announced the fifth installment in the popular found-footage franchise. Titled Hell House LLC: Lineage, it will begin production this November and premiere exclusively on Shudder in October 2025.
Following the critical acclaim of the prequel The Carmichael Manor, Hell House LLC: Lineage promises to delve even deeper into the franchise’s lore. Writer/director Stephen Cognetti returns at the helm, weaving new narratives while revisiting the backstories of established characters.

The previous film, Carmichael Manor, premiered in 2023. It follows a group of internet sleuths who travel to the remote Carmichael Manor. Located deep in the woods of Rockland County, New York, the estate is the site of the infamous 1989 Carmichael family murders that have gone unsolved. They discover secrets that have been hidden for decades and a terror that has been lurking in the shadows long before Hell House.
