Temple Hill Entertainment, the producers of Smile and Smile 2 and Protagonist Pictures, have teamed up for an exciting new horror movie titled Monitor. Written and directed by Ryan Polly and Matt Black, the film is based on their short film of the same name.
In Monitor, a group of social media influencers find themselves terrorized by a demonic entity that emerges from their screens. The creature, feeding on fear, relentlessly hunts down its victims, blurring the lines between the digital and physical worlds.
Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, John Fischer of Temple Hill Entertainment, and Nostromo Pictures produce the film. Dave Bishop and George Hamilton serve as executive producers for Protagonist Pictures.
