A night out on the town is hard enough when your social skills are rusty. But doing it with a jaw literally wired shut is a whole different level of physical and emotional endurance.

Silence Meets Dark Comedy

The film is set six weeks after a disastrous drunk-driving accident leaves a woman’s jaw wired shut. Blu Hunt (The New Mutants) stars as Rayna, a young woman attempting to reclaim her social life during a chaotic night out. Over the course of the evening, her forced silence doesn’t stop her from straining her existing friendships, creating new enemies, and spiraling into a heightened, dark-comedy nightmare.

An Indie Production

The film, filmed in just 11 days, boasts a solid indie ensemble alongside Hunt. That includes Colin Burgess, Kevin Grossman, Nick Corirossi, Ally Davis, Sally Sum, and Lena Redford.

A physical restriction of a wired jaw as an inspired narrative device to explore communication, frustration, and mental spirals. All without relying on typical dialogue. Bill Vergos, Head of Digital Film Distribution at Magenta Edge, praised Greco’s feature debut as a bold, genuinely funny, and confident new voice in independent cinema.
