Frontier Developments, in collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences, has officially revealed the next major expansion for Jurassic World Evolution 3. The Crocodilia Coast Pack arrives on PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S on August 11, 2026. It’s bringing a terrifying new tier of semi-aquatic predators and coastal customization to your park.

Headlining the pack is the franchise’s very first prehistoric crocodilian: the massive, ambush-hunting Deinosuchus.

Five New Prehistoric Species Arrive

Park Managers can look forward to introducing five distinct prehistoric species—complete with full family units, unique behavioral interactions, and stunning new visual traits:

Deinosuchus: The crown jewel of the pack. This giant ancient crocodilian lurks beneath deep waters, waiting to drag unsuspecting prey into a devastating, bone-crushing deathroll.

Postosuchus: A terrestrial, armor-plated relative of modern crocodiles featuring an intimidating jaw packed with dagger-like teeth.

Desmatosuchus: Proof that not every crocodilian relative was out for blood. This heavily armored herbivore sports a shovel-shaped snout and impressive spike defenses.

Styxosaurus: This iconic long-necked plesiosaur family unit brings a major franchise debut—the first-ever bioluminescent skin designed specifically for juveniles, giving your lagoons a breathtaking night-time glow.

Shonisaurus: Tipping the scales at over 30,000 kg, this massive Late Triassic ichthyosaur brings huge scale to deep-water habitats as a complete family unit.

Build the Ultimate Coastal Resort

Beyond the new beasts, Crocodilia Coast equips managers with hundreds of new waterside scenery assets. Whether you’re building windswept boardwalks or tropical tourist hubs, the pack includes:

A versatile modular wall kit, thematic lighting, and custom signage.

Coastal huts, piers, and themed props.

Pre-built Blueprints to quickly deploy detailed, waterside relaxation areas for your guests.

Free Update 1.4.1 Details

Launching simultaneously on August 11 is Update 1.4.1, a free update available to all Jurassic World Evolution 3 players. This patch introduces:

A brand-new square Hawaii Sandbox map.

Steam Workshop Collections support.

Family unit updates for the Elasmosaurus.

General quality-of-life polish and balance tweaks.
