Back in December we reported that two horror icons will be going head to head in Sadako vs Kayako (The Ring vs The Grudge) . Koji Shiraishi will be directing the film, which will land in select theaters on June 18th.
The film, inspired by an April Fool’s Joke gone viral, follows two young women who are caught between Sadoko and Kayaka. Mizuki Yamamoto will star along side Aimi Satsukawa, Tina Tamashiro, Masanobou Ando, Masahiro Komota, and Misato Tanka.
The first full trailer has now been released and it’s peaked our interest. Both the original films were great on their own, I can’t wait to see what happens when the two spirits interact in Sadako vs Kayako .
