Divergent actress Shailene Woodley is set to star in the upcoming serial killer movie Misanthrope, which will begin filming in Atlanta this year, Variety reports.
Directed by Damián Szifron, who was behind the Oscar-nominated Wild Tales, the film centers on a talented but troubled cop who is recruited by the FBI to help profile and track down a killer.
FilmNation will present the film, written by Szifron and Jonathan Wakeham, at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
