Director Mark Meir’s supernatural revenge horror The Summoned, starring Emma Fitzpatrick (The Social Network), Salvador Chacon (FX’s “Mayans M.C.”), Angela Gulner (Netflix’s “Glow”), and Freddy Douglas, is out today (7/7) on VOD, from XYZ Films.
In the film, Elijah (J. Quinton Johnson) goes to a self-help retreat with his girlfriend, not knowing that the doctor who runs the retreat has plans to settle a generation’s old debt.
