A Shark Infested Poster Has Surfaced For In The Deep

It’s full blown shark season. Sharks are everywhere, in the news, on Discovery’s Shark Week, in theaters with The Shallows. Soon another shark film will be arriving on Blu-ray and DVD, In the Deep, from Dimension Films. Directed and co-written by Johannes Roberts (The Other Side of the Door), In the Deep, originally titled 47 Meters Down, is the first film to shoot 95% of its footage under water. First Image Surfaces From The IT Reboot

The reboot of Stephen King’s IT begins filming next month in Toronto. Already, bits and pieces of information are starting to surface. Earlier this month we reported that Bill Skarsgard has been cast as the terrifying entity Pennywise. Now, we have two new pieces of information for you. Andy Muschietti (Mama) will be in the director’s chair for the two-part remake of IT, set to arrive in theaters on September 8, 2017. The first film centers on a group of teens, referred to as “The Losers Club”, who go head-to-head with the entity that takes the shape of a demented clown. The second will involve “The Losers Club” who have come back to town as adults and once again must face Pennywise. James Wan On The Conjuring 3 – The Warrens And Werewolves ?

James Wan is on fire. The Conjuring 2 had an amazing opening weekend at the box office, just like the The Conjuring did. Between the films’ success and the long list of investigations by The Warrens, who The Conjuring and The Conjuring 2 were based on, it’s a no-brainer that more sequels will be made. It seems that the third installment of the franchise is already in the works, but not yet confirmed by Warner Bros. In a recent interview with Cinemablend Wan discussed one of the many possible subjects of The Conjuring 3 and the chance of it featuring something other than spirits and demons, werewolves. Michael Sheen Makes His Directorial Debut With Green River Killer Based On Serial Killer Gary Ridgway

Golden Globe nominee and Masters of Sex and Underworld star Michael Sheen will be making his directorial debut with Green River Killer from his own screenplay, based on the real life murderer “The Green River Killer”. The film follows the true story of Gary Ridgway, who will be played by Sheen, and detective Tom Jensen. In reality, Jensen spent 20 years hunting down the man who earned the nick name “The Green River Killer” . The killer used Seattle as his hunting ground between 1980 and 1990. The first discovered victim, 16-year-old Wendy Lee Coffield, was found floating in the Green River in July of 1982. Over the next 20 years the discovery of bodies, ages 12-31, in and around the river became an all to frequent occurrence, earning the killer his nick name. Yvonne Strahovski Will Be Fighting To Survive A Psychopath In Screen Gem’s He’s Out There

Screen Gems new suspense thriller He’s Out There is set to begin production next month with Dennis IIiadis in the director’s chair. The film, written by Mike Scannell, will star Dexter’s Yvonne Strahovski, according to Deadline. Strahovski will play the lead role of a mother who visits a remote lake house and finds herself fighting for her and her children’s lives when a psychopath turns the getaway into a nightmare. Bryan Bertino and Adrienne Biddle will produce for Unbroken Pictures, with Screen Gem’s President Clint Culpepper and Executive VP Scott Strauss over seeing the project.
