The comic book series ‘Dylan Dog’ was adapted into feature film back in 2010 under the title ‘Dylan Dog: Dead of Night’, starring Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) as Dylan. The film was released without much buzz, but turned out to be pretty good. Now, Italian horror writer Tiziano Scalavi, who was behind the genre classic ‘Cemetery Man’, is bringing ‘Dylan Dog’ to life in a new independent series. The film follows “Dylan”, a man who investigates paranormal and supernatural cases. The upcoming series will follow the tracks as the movie, according to Bloody-Disgusting. The pilot episode, titled “Dream of the Living Dead”, will be directed by Kevin Kopacka (Everyonce), off of the script he co-wrote with Alex Bakshaev. We’ve finished shooting the pilot and are currently in post production. Hopefully we’ll get to release it around March 2017. Expect it to be a mixture of the Dylan comics “L’alba dei morti viventi” and “Morgana” with nods to Italian classic horror

This past Friday, we witnessed an eventful season finale of ‘The Exorcist‘. Father Tomas finally rid the Rance family of the demon Pazuzu after decades of suffering. We saw Father Marcus saw the pope from a possessed priest. In the final moments of the episode we learn that Father Tomas and Father Marcus will team-up and continue the fight against evil. So, where do we go from here? Will FOX renew the series for season 2? At the moment we are waiting to find out. Bloody-Disgusting spoke with the series’ creator Jeremy Slater about ‘The Exorcist’ and where the show will go if it gets a green light for season 2. A potential season two would find Marcus, Tomas and Bennett tasked with helping a new family or a new case of possession. That doesn’t mean we’ll never see any of the Rances again, but I think the fans would feel disappointed and cheated if we simply brought Captain Howdy

By: Kenneth Johnson The appeal of crossovers has grown immensely over the last decade. Whether it’s in movies or televisions shows, producers have tapped into its appeal because it helps them bridge markets. As aforementioned, the crossover phenomenon is common in the world of entertainment. Movies like Alien vs. Predator and Freddy vs. Jason are among the most famous horror crossovers and the video game industry has combinations like slots and bingo which produced the mashup Slingo as well as shooter titles Left4Dead and Resident Evil 6 which were made into a joint project. As for fans of horror TV shows, one of the hottest titles in television today has something big in store for its followers. The creators of American Horror Story shared some revelations regarding

Few things spooked me as a kid like the true tales of murder and mystery on ‘Unsolved Mysteries’, hosted by Robert Stack. The stories features on ‘Unsolved Mysteries’ were very real, making the series much more terrifying than any horror film I came across. They explored cold cases, unsolved crimes, murders, missing persons, criminals on the run, and reports of paranormal activity. FilmRise has acquired the worldwide rights to the show. The series is finally headed to Digital HD and streaming platforms, as early as this month. We’re pleased to be releasing this celebrated series to a large audience of fans both old and new,” The CEO of FlimRise, Danny Fisher stated. “Unsolved Mysteries is an American tradition that FilmRise is excited to preserve.” One of the reasons that I find ‘Unsolved Mysteries’ so frightening is that one of the cases on the series hit close home. In fact, it made the local news. When I was younger, the series
