Some will eat, some will starve. Set inside a vertical prison system with one cell per level. Two people per cell. One only food platform and two minutes per day to feed up to down. An endless nightmare trapped in The Pit. Starring Ivan Massagué, Zorion Eguileor, Antonia San Jauan, Emilio Buale, Alexandra Masangkay, and Zihara Llana, the film was written by David Desola and Pedro Rivero. The creator of HBO’s “Chernobyl” is adapting the hit post-apocalyptic video game The Last of Us for a new HBO series. Craig Mazin is teaming up with the game’s creative director Neil Druckmann for the adaptation. Neil Druckmann is without question the finest storyteller working in the video game medium, and The Last of Us is his magnum opus,” Mazin states. “Getting a chance to adapt this breathtaking work of art has been a dream of mine for years.” The first season will cover the events of the first game, which was released in 2013. It follows Joel and Ellie in the post-apocalyptic US. Joel lost his family twenty years before the game. He’s a smuggler and is given the task of getting 14-year-old Ellie to the Fireflies, a group of rebels. The game, from Naughty Dog, puts a fresh spin on the zombie genre and uses Cordyceps fungus instead of the zombie virus we see so much of. What

Raelle Tucker has a long list of great series she’s been involved with, she wrote and produced “True Blood”, as well as “Jessica Jones”, and now the second season of the series she created, “Sacred Lies”, is streaming FREE on Facebook Watch, from Blumhouse. It’s no secret that I’m a fan of the anthology series “The Terror”. The first season was based on the book of the same name by Dan Simmons that follows the doomed Franklyn Expedition that was looking for the Northwest Passage in the arctic. The story follows the crew’s attempt to survive being stuck in the ice while being hunted by a supernatural beast. The second season titled “Infamy” was an original story that took place during WWII and followed Japanese American characters dealing with the horrors of war-time racism while at the same time being haunted by a spirit ripped right out of Japanese folklore. The concept of adding horror elements occurring alongside historical events is quite intriguing and fun. At the moment there’s no word about a third season (which I hope there will be one!) but till then the question remains if the series is going to continue the historical horror anthology premise, where could the series

Spielberg produced the reboot/revival of the 1985 sci-fi horror series “Amazing Stories” for Apple TV+. Kerry Lynn Bishe, Dylan O’Brien, Josh Holloway, Victoria Pedretti, Sasha Alexander, and the late Robert Forster star. “Hannibal” creator Bryan Fuller penned the scripts for the show’s revival. First Syfy set its sights on a “Chucky” series, now they are breathing new life into George A. Romero‘s “Day of the Dead” by greenlighting the first 10-episode season of a new series based on the 1985 classic. he original film followed a small group of military officers and scientists living in an underground bunker as the world above is overrun by zombies. Syfy‘s series sounds a little different. This time, the story of six strangers trying to survive the first 24 hours of an undead invasion, Deadline reports. The series is written by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas, who will also serve as showrunners. The show is from the same folks who brought us “Creepshow,” Cartel Entertainment. “Day of the Dead” will premiere on Syfy sometime in 2021. Take a look back at the classic with its original trailer.
