Movie Review: ‘Devil’s Domain’ Is Devoid Of Any Real Fire
High school…it can be absolute hell, and Lisa Pomson is a young woman who can vouch for the veracity of that statement. She’s a smart, sweet and pretty, but also quite timid. Aside from that, Lisa is just your average bulimic, sexually conflicted cutter, whose parents don’t understand her teenage plight. And while the daily verbal barbs and jabs her classmates inflict upon her have become commonplace, in this digital world we live in, social media platforms have become tools by which cyber bullies can wage incredibly malicious and cruel attacks on their victims. So when an embarrassing video of her makes its way into the hands of her tormentors, it takes little time for it to make the rounds at her school. The incessant teasing that results is enough to push her to the brink of suicide, that is until a mysterious stranger reaches out to Lisa online pull her back from the edge. Lisa’s “savior” is a blonde

Tory Jones Announces Indiegogo Campaign For Upcoming Film ‘Angel’
Joneston Films and Concept Media Films present the genre thriller Angel from award-winning writer-director Tory Jones (The Wicked One). In the film, a brutal massacre plagued the isolated and peaceful town of Raven Rock in 1986, the remaining residents fled, leaving the once tranquil community behind. For thirty years the town has been chained and walled off from the outside world while deteriorating and crumbling. However, not all has been quiet as disappearances have been attributed to the supposedly haunted town. Now a headstrong journalist and her team venture to Raven Rock to investigate the town, its history, and the missing persons. What they will discover is sometimes the truth is more disturbing than myth and Raven Rock is still being occupied. The exciting thing to me about Angel is we are developing a fully immersive world that those who experience it can get lost in. The story is gripping, the locations are surreal, and our antagonist is female. It’s

‘It Comes At Night’ Review: Derivative Dystopia
While Get Out still has my vote for best horror film of the year so far, It Comes At Night get’s a more dubious accolade; most misleading marketing. Most of the movie is set during the day, the titular It is refers to a few nightmares experienced by one of the characters, and the doors slamming shut on their own and monsters seemingly hiding in the shadows aren’t in the film at all. As opposed to the similar titled It Follows S. T. D monster (is the D for demon?) there is no tangible threat referring to the films title. Sure, there are some extended nightmare scenes but to me thats kind of stretching it. No, instead this is one of those horror movies where the monster is actually us all along, men driven to madness through desperation and fear. Great, that’s fine, that’s dandy, but then please don’t fucking try and sell it to me as a monster flick.

Season Two Of The Exorcist Will Introduce A New Family
Last month we were extremely happy to report that The Exorcist would be getting a second season after all. Now, the question on everyone’s mind is where does the show go from here. Thanks to TVLine we have an answer. In the second season we will meet a new set of characters. Priests Ortega (Alfonzo Herrera), Marcus (Ben Daniels) and Bennett (Kurt Egyiawan) return to help a new family in crisis. Even though the Rance family won’t be part of the main storyline it is a possibility that they may make a cameo. A potential season two would find Marcus, Tomas and Bennett tasked with helping a new family or a new case of possession.” Creator Jeremy Slater said. “That doesn’t mean we’ll never see any of the Rances again, but I think the fans would feel disappointed and cheated if we simply brought Captain Howdy back for round three. The Rances have escaped this legacy of terror–for the time

Ritchson sat down with me to answer a few questions about the insane series and his role as Officer Arthur Bailey, the last good cop in a world that’s gone to hell. The show centers on a former cop (Ritchson) who is forced to take part in a death race in which cars run on human blood.
