‘Return To Nuke ‘Em High Part 2’ To Be Premiered At Buffalo Dreams Fantastic Film Festival

Back in 2015, Horrorfuel.com posted that Lloyd Kaufman was requesting help with funding for the second part of Return to Return to Nuke Em High. Well, surprising nobody, the horror community rose to the occasion! Buffalo Dreams Fantastic Film Festival is extremely proud to announce that they will host the New York State Premiere of ‘Return to Return to Nuke Em High’ aka Vol. 2. If you are unfamiliar with the series, it deals with students battling mutant monsters, oppressive authority figures, sexual urges, and good taste at a contaminated high school. “Buffalo Dreams is proud to continue its association with Lloyd and the Troma team,” says festival co-founder Gregory Lamberson. “The premiere for ‘Return to Nuke Em High Vol. 1’ was the craziest in Buffalo history! Lloyd shot his last three films, including Poultrygeist, in Buffalo-Niagara, making Western New York the Tromaville-away-from-Tromaville. We’ve recognized Lloyd and his wife, Pat Sweeney Kaufman, for their important contributions to our local film

The New Trailer For ‘Mother!’ Proves “Seeing Is Believing”

The first trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s horror-thriller Mother! has been unveiled and not only is it filled with suspense, it left me wanting more. Aronofsky knows how to build an intense, twisted story. Just look at his films Black Swan and Requiem for a Dream. Not only does the film have a great writer-director, the cast is quite impressive and includes names like Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris, Michelle Pfeiffer, Domhnall Gleeson, Stephen McHattie, and Kristen Wiig. The film centers on a couple whose relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence and proves that “seeing is believing”. Mother! opens in theaters on September 15, 2017, from Paramount Pictures.

Uncork’d Entertainment Will Unleash ‘Demons’ This October

Miles Doleac’s (American Horror Story) supernatural thriller Demons has now wrapped and is aiming at an October theatrical release. A brand image from the film has arrived and we have it to share with you. Co-starring Wishmaster’s Andrew Divoff, and Smallville alum John Schneider, Demons tells of a celebrated fiction writer and former priest who, along with his wife, are tormented by the ghost of her late sister, as the details of her grisly death are slowly uncovered. Written by Doleac, whose previous film, the small-town murder mystery The Hollow, was released in theaters late last year, Demons is described as a “psychological thriller that marries elements of The Exorcist, The Shining and The Big Chill.” Initially, my decision to write a horror script was predicated on necessity: I had a synopsis for an “exorcism” script that Lindsay (my wife) and I had worked up together. Star-writer-director Doleac stated, “A major distributor had expressed interest. Said distributor wanted to see
