This Stephen King Adaptation Deserves A Reboot Or Remake

This Stephen King Adaptation Deserves A Reboot Or Remake

We live in a time where everything is being rebooted, remade, or reimagined. Usually, I’m against that kind of thing, but there’s one Steph King project I would actually love to see be redone, the 2002 mini-series “Rose Red.” “Rose Red,” which features three episodes, sees a college professor and a team of psychics investigate an old mansion, hoping to explain some of the mysterious deaths on the property and capture actual paranormal activity. When participants, including psychics, stay in the mansion, a terrifying force threatens to destroy them all. The cast featured some rather large names at the time, including Nancy Travis (So I Married An Ax Murder), Matt Keeslar (Scream 3), Kimberly J. Brown, who you should recognize from the Halloween classic Halloweentown, Julian Sands (Warlock), David Dukes (Gods and Monsters), and Judith Ivey, Melanie Lynskey, Matt Ross, and Kevin Tighe. First, let me say the series was great when it was released. I remember watching it when

Creator And Showrunner George Olson Talks Season Two Of “SurrealEstate” In An Interview

The second season of SYFY’s series “SurrealEstate” is now underway, and I couldn’t have been happier when the announcement was made. I loved the first season. I was thrilled to sit down with Georg Olson, the show’s creator and showrunner, to discuss the second season and the thrills and chills that await us, as well as what the future might hold for the show. Olson, who also penned the movie First Person Shooter, a Tubi Original, has created a unique combo with the scripted series that explores themes of horror, the paranormal, and the supernatural while being a real estate drama. Starring Tim Rozon, Adam Korson, Maurice Dean Wint, Savannah Basley, Sarah Levy, and Cassidy Barry, “SurrealEstate” centers on Realtor Luke Roman and an elite team of specialists handle the cases that no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that scare would-be buyers away. Watch season one of “SurrealEstate” now on Hulu and watch the new season on SYFY

HorrorFuel.com Interviews 'Dear David' Movie Director John McPhail

HorrorFuel.com Interviews ‘Dear David’ Movie Director John McPhail

One of the most highly anticipated horror movies of the year., Dear David, is headed your way, just in time for Halloween. Back in 2001, we reported on BuzzFeed artist Adam Ellis’ spooky-as-hell social media thread labeled “Dear David,” which quickly went viral. The posts/updates told about the paranormal activity in his home and the sightings of a child’s ghost, who threatened his life. We reported the same year that a movie was in the works. After two years, it is finally set to open in theaters. I recently had the pleasure of talking with the film’s director, John McPhail, about bringing this fright-filled, haunting story to life on screen and what it took to create this horror film. McPhail is not new to the horror genre. He is also behind the fun holiday horror film Anna and the Apocalypse, released in 2017. He was also featured in the 2020 genre anthology series “Bite Size Halloween.” Of course, he doesn’t
