‘IT’ Actor Owen Teague Boards Haunted Boat Movie ‘Mary’ Alongside Gary Oldman

Andy Muschietti’s IT will be a jumping board for many of the films young cast in the future. Owen Teague who plaid the role of Patrick in the movie has already scored his next big role. According to THR, Teague has boarded the supernatural thriller Mary, which after a year is finally beginning production later this month in Alabama. He will star alongside Gary Oldman who has appeared in films like Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Hannibal, and Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Directed by Michael Goi (Megan is Missing, American Horror Story) and written by Anthony Jaswinski (The Shallows), the film centers on a struggling family that buys an old ship at auction with the high hopes of starting a charter business, only to discover the ship’s horrifying secrets on the open waters. Nicolas Cage Gets Bloody In The First Image From ‘Mandy’

Nicolas Cage is taking a stab at another action-thriller. Cage’s next role is that of Red Miller, a broken, haunted man, who hunts down a religious cult who murdered the love of his life in the 1983 set film Mandy from director Panos Cosmatos (Beyond the Black Rainbow). Cage gets bloody in the first images (courtesy of THR). Cage will star along with Andrea Riseborough, Linus Roache, Ned Dennehy, Olwen Fouéré, Richard Brake, Sam Louwyk, and Bill Duke.
