Some Kind of Hate Horror Review

“Some Kind of Hate” is a 2015 horror film starring Ronen Rubinstein, Spencer Breslin, Grace Phipps and directed by Adam Mortimer. Ronen has been in two films previously to this one which are “Detachment” and “It Felt Like Love”. The later of which I have seen and it is worth checking out if you have not already. Breslin is known for starring in “The Happening” and “The Kid,” both of which are pretty decent. Phipps is known for her role in the television series “The Vampire Diaries” which I have never seen but I do hear good things about. This is the directors, Adam Mortimer, feature film debut and he has another film titled “Holidays” that came out this past April. After seeing “Some Kind of Hate,” I’ll probably check that one out to see how he has improved his film-making and ideas. I had an open mind going in and also had consideration that this is someone’s first feature

Yakuza Apocalypse (2015) Horror Film Review

“Yakuza Apocalypse” is a 2015 horror film directed by one of the best and brightest directors Japan has to offer: Takashi Miike. By now most horror fans are familiar with his some of his works such as “Audition”, “13 Assassins” and what I personally consider his magnum opus; “Ichi the Killer”. As you may have guessed, I am a huge Miike fan and get gleefully excited whenever he releases a film! I was beyond thrilled when I found out he had another film in the works named “Yakuza Apocalypse”. His films have gotten tamer over the years, in my humble opinion anyway, but that doesn’t mean they have dropped in quality. I’ve enjoyed every one of his films I have seen. Some more than others, but you get the point. One of the main characters, named Kyoken, is played by a very familiar face in that of Yayan Ruhian. He is instantly recognizable from the memorable part he played in,

Three New Antihero Original Series Coming To Netflix

Netflix is working hard to expand their original programming, and is doing a mighty fine job I might add. With shows like Daredevil and Jessica Jones forming huge fan bases, it’s no surprise that they are adding shows along the same lines, including Punisher. Marvel and Netflix have created a winning partnership and according to sources they’re adding three new series that fans will finding interesting. According to MovieCreedLive and ComicBook.com, their sources have reported that Netflix will be adding live-action series based on Blade, Ghost Rider and Moon Knight to their streaming library. While it hasn’t been confirmed, the information sounds pretty legit. 2007’s Ghost Rider did pretty well, however the 2011 sequel bombed with fans. Moon Knight, the lesser known of the three, has a lot of potential in the right hands. In my opinion, each of the three series could be great. Netflix proved that they could make fantastic streaming series with Daredevil, which has impressed the
