The New ‘Carnivore Dinosaur Pack’ DLC Adds More Teeth To ‘Jurassic World Evolution’

Adding more carnivores to your own Jurassic Park, what could go wrong right? Well, Frontier Games gave me the opportunity to try out their latest DLC for Jurassic World Evolution, the “Carnivore Dinosaur Pack” that features three new dinosaurs. They come in three sizes, small, medium, and large but let’s start off with the small one first since it’s my favorite of the three, the Proceratosaurus, this little guy is your standard pack following eating machine, though it’s my favorite its weak against many of the bigger dinos. The Herrerasaurus is the next size up, it acts like the Indoraptor from the “Fallen Kingdom” DLC in how it attacks other dinos and guests, a vicious bugger! Finally the big boy, the Acrocanthosaurus. This pudgy Rex looking dino is pretty tough against smaller carnivores but can be easily taken down by a T-Rex. I like how much detail went into it for the game, in real life scientists believe how its

Everything We Know About ‘Jurassic World 3’ Including Its Premiere Date

The Jurassic franchise is one of the largest franchise to have ever graced the silver screen. The last film, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom brought in over $1.3 billion at the box office alone. Now fans are eagerly awaiting the third and final film of Jurassic World. The good news, there is a premiere date. The bad news, it’s more than two years away. But with the number of special effects the film requires, it’s not a huge surprise that we will have to wait. Plus, I’m sure that star Chris Pratt has his hands full with his commitment to MCU. As for plot details, we know very little about the sequel. So what do we know? We know that Colin Trevorrow will be back in the director’s chair. We also know that both Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will be reprising their roles as Owen Grady and Claire Dearing. We were introduced to young Maise (Isabella Sermon) who was created

More Teeth: ‘Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets Of Dr. Wu’ Review

B.D. Wong is back as malevolently sinister Dr. Wu in the DLC “Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets of Dr. Wu”. DLC means Downloadable Content, it’s an add-on to a game. Frontier Development was kind enough to give me the chance to play the DLC and share it with you! First, I suggest before playing the DLC that you complete the main game first and unlock all the dinosaur genomes, building updates, research etc as this will help you have a leg up as this story mode is a bit more challenging! In the DLC you get two new dinosaurs that are part of the missions you unlock, the Troodon, a small carnivore with a poisonous bite and unfortunately these little rascals like to bite EVERYTHING! The second is the Olorotitan, a duck-billed type of dino, which like its cousins in the game, is very temperamental. Overall the DLC is worth the price! The new dinosaurs are fun to have and to

Awesome New Updates Coming To ‘Jurassic World: Evolution’

The park-building simulator “Jurassic World: Evolution” will be getting a massive update on November 20th. This addition to the game will include a new story mode called “Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets of Dr. Wu”, where Dr. Wu will call on your help with some new projects for him. If you accept his offer, a new island will be unlocked along with five new dinosaurs! Out of the five, two are regular dinosaurs, the Troodon, and Olorotitan. The other three dionos are hybrids of Wu’s creation, the Ankylodocus, Stegoceratops, and Spinoraptor. If things go well for you, remember this is the “Jurassic Park” universe so there will be A LOT of “accidents”, you will unlock new building upgrades like the more advanced storm tracking system that will protect your buildings better during storms as well as a new “Comfort Genes” that you can use to manipulate dino embryos to make them more tolerant in their exhibits. The one upgrade that sounds

A Game 65 Million Years In The Making: Final Thoughts On ‘Jurassic World Evolution’

The awesome folks over at Frontier Developments gave me the chance to play their business simulation game, “Jurassic World Evolution” where players can play the role of the manager of Jurassic World located on the island chain known as The Five Deaths. There are five levels (islands) to play and each has something unique about them and, one very special island that’s a sandbox mode. On each island, you will be given tasks provided to you by three divisions, science, entertainment, and security. When you complete a task for a division will result in money and potential to unlock new dinosaur DNA or perks for your buildings but you must be careful as completing one task may affect your standings with the others and if one division is ignored for too long, they will sabotage buildings or gates to enclosures. The parks have star ratings and generally when you reach three stars the next level unlocks. To keep the numbers

‘Jurassic World Evolution’ Review

I always wanted a pet Dinosaur when I was a kid, I think that was a common wish by most youngsters. After seeing the “Jurassic Park” films over the years I think that changed my opinion but I can live that wild dream again in the business simulation video game, “Jurassic World Evolution”. Frontier Developments was kind enough to allow me early access to the game. The game is basically like your theme park simulation games except you are dealing with dinosaurs in the “Jurassic World” universe (meaning all hell will break loose). You take on the role of a park manager on the Las Cinco Muertes (the five deaths) island where you are building a new “Jurassic World” theme park and to help you along the way is Ian Malcolm offering his opinions and advice along with other characters from the films, and yes, Jeff Goldblum is playing Malcolm! Onto the game; if you’re not familiar with business/multitasking/management type

Like Pokémon Go? Like Jurassic Park (World)? What if the two met and have an awesome lovechild? Well, they did and it’s called Jurassic World Alive! Like Pokémon Go, the mobile game allows users to explore their surroundings looking for Dinosaurs and capturing them. Along with collecting dinosaurs, users will be able to create their own dinosaur hybrids and pit their creations in battles against other players. What sets this game apart from Pokémon Go is that players can still collect dinos from the comfort of their own home using an in-game drone that extracts their DNA. The game at launch will have 100 dinosaur species with other species added to the game over time. The game is available for iOS and Android devices and can be registered HERE.

‘Fallen Kingdom’ Writer Says It Will Be Very Different From ‘Jurassic World’

One of the biggest films that we are looking forward to in 2018 is director J. A. Bayona and writer/producer Colin Trevorrow’ Jurassic World 2: Fallen Kingdom. While some fans took to social media to express their feelings that the new Fallen Kingdom trailer has an extremely similar feeling to Jurassic World. Trevorrow promises that the sequel may have a similar look, the two are very different stories. He has also mentioned that he still intends for Fallen Kingdom to be part of a trilogy. It looks like it is [similar to The Lost World] because they all go to a fog-covered, scary island with dinosaurs on it, but it goes to a very, very different place than anyone expects,” Trevorrow stated during a recent video interview. “Really the heart and soul of the movie, the turn of the story, is not what we’ve shown in this trailer. It’s very much not like The Lost World.” In the film, “it’s
