‘Walking Dead’ Fans are eager for the premiere of season 7, so that they can find who Negan beat to death. If the story follows the comic Glenn will die, but executive producer Greg Nicotero may have just slipped up and dropped a huge spoiler.

For a while the theory has been that Negan killed not only Glenn, but more than one person. Many fans seem to think that Abraham’s life may end or even that it’s Daryl (Norman Reedus) that will die along with Glenn. Well, Mr. Nicotero may have just confirmed that not one, but two lives or more lives will end in the season 7 premiere during an interview with EW.

If we would have shown the deaths, then they wouldn’t have felt our characters in season 7 they way they need to.

Did you catch that, Nicotero said “deaths”, as in plural. Of course he tried to cover his slip-up.

Listen, it was the hardest two weeks of my life. You take these actors and you drag them. You illicit the deepest, darkest fears that they’ve ever had because our actors, they’re fucking in it. So, you spend two weeks taking them to this place and it’s horrific.”

Here’s the season 6 finale scene featuring Negan and his twisted game of “Eeny, Meeny,Miny, Moe” with our favorite characters lined up on their knees, waiting to die.

So, was it just a slip of the tongue or did Nicotero really drop the ball and reveal a huge plot twist? Maybe he meant deaths throughout the episode and not our group. Maybe he was referring to The Kingdom or the other new group that will be introduced this season. I guess we’ll just have to wait until the season 7 premiere on October 23rd to find out.
