News has come that director Seth Smith’s psychedelic horror-mystery ‘The Crescent’ has wrapped filming at a remote home at Nova Scotia’s South Shore. The neon film centers on a mother and her young son mourning after an unexpected death of a loved one.
Starring Amy Trefry, Andrew Gillis, Danika Vandersteen, Woodrow Graves, Britt Loder, Chik White and Terrance Murray, ‘The Crescent’ was written by Darcy Spidle (Lowlife). Rob Cotterill (Hobo With A Shotgun) serves as executive producer for the film.
After an unexpected death in the family, a mother and her son struggle to find spiritual healing at a beachfront summer home where a mysterious force threatens to tear their world apart.
Raven Banner has Canadian distribution rights for ‘The Crescent’. The producers retain the international rights.
