After your possession is over how do you move forward? That’s where Spirit Possession Anonymous, a rehabilitation organization, comes in. They are there to help you reclaim control of your life and get you back on the path to wellness.
No, there’s no such organization (that we know of). It’s a clever advertising campaign designed to grab your attention for the upcoming film Ava’s Possessions, written and directed by Jordan Galland.
Ava Dobkins (Louia Krause) is recovering from demonic possession. She is forced to go to Spirit Possession Anonymous. Ava has no memory of the past month and struggles to reconnect with her friends, get a job, or figure out where the big bloodstain in her apartment came from and to top it all off, she’s now worried that her demon is coming back.
This fun supernatural film stars Louisa Krause, Jemima Kirke, Carol Kane, Deborah Rush, Alysia Reiner, Whitney Able, William Sadler and Lou Taylor Pucci.
Ava’s Possessions opens in select theaters and VOD on March 4th via Momentum Pictures.
