A lot of fans were disappointed when “The Vampire Diaries” was canceled, so the news we have today should make them extremely excited. We’ve got an update on “Legacies“, the spin-off to “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals”. The first images and plot details are here.
The new series will center on Hope Mikaelson (Danielle Rose Russell), the vampire-witch-werewolf hybrid daughter of Hayley Marshall-Kenner and Klaus Mikaelson. The first season will explore her time at a school for the supernatural called The Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted.
Several of “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals” cast will be appearing in the series including Aria Shahghasemi and Matt Davis. Kaylee Bryant, Jenny Boyd, Quincy Fouse, Peyton ‘Alex’ Smith, Archie Grayson, Karen David, and Demetrius Bridges also star.
