Insane action and brutality fill the new Red Band trailer for director Mark Toia‘s killer robot movie Monsters of Man. Watch as faces are peeled from skulls, limbs ripped from bodies, and humans are pit against robots designed for one person, to kill.

The movie teases the terrifying dangers of sophisticated AI robotics used for military applications when a corrupt CIA agent (Neal McDonough) conspires with a robotics company to field test highly advanced prototype robots with the aim of winning a lucrative military contract. Their plan is to drop the robots into the infamous Golden Triangle to test their battle skills on unsuspecting armed drug cartels that no one will miss. The illegal mission turns into a disaster when haywire robots slaughter an entire village of innocent people and the brutal massacre is witnessed by a group of volunteer doctors on a goodwill mission.

The cast for this intense thrill ride includes award winner Neal McDonough (Band of Brothers, Captain America) as “Major” and Jose Rosete (Lowlife, “The Walking Dead: Red Machete) as “Boller”. Brett Tutor (Disarm), David Haverty (Osmosis), and Paul Haapaniemi (Nowhere Band) also star.

Mark Toia not only directed and co-wrote Monsters of Man with Jeff Hand, but he also funded the movie and is self-distributing the incredibly ambitious project.

Monsters of Man is now out on Digital and VOD. If you’re looking for something to watch that’s badass and bloody this is it.
