Kansas City Chiefs player and Taylor Swift BF Travis Kelce is going from the field to Hollywood. Besides producing the upcoming horror comedy My Dead Friend Zoe, Kelce has signed for his first major, starring in Ryan Murphy’s new horror series “Grotesquerie,” Deadline reports.

Travis Kelce will star alongside Niecy Nash-Betts (“Dahmer”), Courtney B. Vance (“Lovecraft Country”), and Oscar nominee Lesley Manville of Phantom Thread.

While little is known about the series, Murphy’s involvement will likely make it a hit. After all, he is behind “American Horror Story” and its spin-off, “American Horror Stories.”

The theme of the upcoming series may be discovered by examining the meaning of its title. “Grotesquerie” is a literary form that gained popularity in the early 20th century. It often features distorted or misshapen people or animals. It was frequently used in the works of H.P. Lovecraft.

“Grotesquerie” has already entered production. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. In the meantime, you can watch the latest season of “American Horror Story: Delicate” on FX and all its seasons streaming on Hulu.
