Prepare for a chilling journey into the unknown. Hulu‘s new docu-series, “Out There: Crimes of the Paranormal,” premieres with all episodes this month.

This six-part series explores eight true crime cases where the paranormal played a shocking role. “Out There” takes you inside these extraordinary events through eyewitness accounts, expert interviews, and in-depth investigations.

The first season explores chilling events, including the disappearance of a six-year-old boy in the Smoky Mountains after he was snatched by a mysterious ape-like creature. There’s the UFO crash in Long Island that led to an assassination attempt and a massive political conspiracy. Witness the case of a decades-old New Jersey murder linked to a satanic cult. In San Francisco’s Chinatown, a ghost threatens the lives of the unmarried.

Out There” follows investigators as they track down fresh leads and uncover new evidence. These in-depth investigations reveal the power of mythology, the allure of the paranormal, and the terrifying monsters that may exist among us.

From the creative team behind Hulu’s Sasquatch, “Out There: Crimes of the Paranormal” is produced by Duplass Brothers Productions and Number 19. Mark Duplass, Mel Eslyn, Jay Duplass, Joshua Rofé, Steven Berger, Zach Cregger, and Alexandra Orton serve as executive producers. Shuli Harel is a co-executive producer, and M. Elizabeth Hughes is the producer.
