The disturbing world of Smile 2 boasts a star-studded cast. The cast includes Rosemarie DeWitt, returning cast member Kyle Gallner (from the original), Lukas Gage, and horror veteran Ray Nicholson. The first film, Smile, captivated audiences in 2022 and earned a staggering $217 million worldwide, practically guaranteeing a sequel.
