A new hair-raising and musophobia-inducing creature feature is clawing its way onto digital and VOD this April, Big Freaking Rat.
This new flick promises monstrous mayhem with a comedic chaser! Ranger Brody probably thought his summer would be about surviving awkward teenage angst while looking after his niece and nephew. Little did he know, his brand-spanking-new campground is about to be overrun by something far more terrifying than grumpy teenagers: a colossal, bloodthirsty mutant rat!
It turns out that years of carelessly dumping toxic waste into the local land have had some seriously gnarly consequences. IT has created a rodent of truly epic (and horrifying) proportions. This isn’t your average sewer dweller; this is a massive, mutated beast with a taste for human blood, and it’s turned Brody’s pristine campground into its den of terror. Now, it’s up to a reluctant and ragtag band of would-be warriors to step up and exterminate this oversized vermin before it turns their summer into a bloody buffet.
Scott C. Roe, stepping into the role of the beleaguered Ranger Brody, leads this unlikely extermination squad. He’ll be joined by the always entertaining David Sheridan (Scary Movie franchise), Caleb Thomas (Battlefield 2025), and Cece Kelly (Family Camp). Vincent M. Ward (“Seven Cemeteries”) and scream queen Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp and Terrifier 2) also star.
