Naturally, the local authorities assume Sam is just a confused older man yelling at clouds and perhaps needs his medication adjusted. But Sam isn’t backing down. Realizing the cops are useless, he rallies a band of neighborhood misfits to hunt the truth—and whatever is lurking in the shadows.
