MGM’s “FROM” continues to keep viewers on the edge of their seats as the town descends into darkness, and things that go bump in the night are getting more terrifying. As everyone fights to survive, one character, Julie, steps up to help and find a way to save those they love.
Played by Hannah Cheramy, Julie has grown from a sassy teen to a badass willing to put her body and mind on the line. I sat down with Cheramy to discuss Julie’s life in the town and her evolution. And also, her Julie playlist that gets her into Julie’s mindset.
Before Cheramy joined “FROM,” an absolutely fantastic, nightmare-inducing series, she had already worked in the horror genre. She starred in films like The Hollow Child and Colossal, and in the TV series “Van Helsing.”
With “FROM” already mid-season, you might be wondering what new horrors the characters will encounter. We’re not telling, but I will say this: with it already renewed for its fifth season, there’s a lot more story left to tell and a lot more for Julie to face. And I look forward to watching it all unfold.
