Universal’s President of Production Peter Cramer has stated that the studio is excited to take a more individualized approach to each movie from “creative directors with distinctive visions.”
Johnny Depp was previously set to star but has since stepped away. According to sources, he may be taking a different role in one of the upcoming Dark Universe films.
