Our dude Carl (writer/director Carl Medland) is headin’ back to the freaky farm that made him famous, and things aren’t lookin’ good regarding his personal safety! Following the events of the first two Paranormal Farm flicks (which I reviewed here and here) the aforementioned Carl is called back to Darren (Darren Earl Williams) and Lucy’s (Lucy French) remote farm, only to discover that things are becoming more violent thanks to the strange forces at play on that desolate land… and because he didn’t learn anything from his previous experiences, he dives balls deep right into the gaping maw of pure terror… or he decides to look around the farm with a flashlight searching for arcane energy… whichever reads better. Anyway, the investigation continues and our heroes must deal with malicious mannequins, the occasional putrefied rat, debates about wardrobe continuity, and even more whack-o visitors to the farm. Will Carl make it through the ghoulish goings-on unscathed… and more importantly will

WARNING MAJOR SPOILERS It’s December, and if you’re like me you already miss Halloween and the movies it brought to us. I got a taste of our favorite holiday last night while watching RLJE Films’ Halloween set slasher Trick which will arrive on DVD and Digital on December 17th. In the film, Omar Epps (“House”) stars as Detective Mike Denver, an investigator who is obsessed with bringing down “Trick”, a killer who snuffed out the young lives of his classmates at a costume party on Halloween night in 2015. Every year following the attack “copycats” in other towns carry out their own killings. Did Trick survive 3 bullets and a long fall or are there more killers out there? It appears that director Patrick Lussier and writers Todd Farmer and Patrick Lussier aim to create a new genre icon. And I think they’ve created a viable story and killer/killers. I could easily see Trick becoming a new interesting franchise. The

Horror fans are possibly one of the most passionate when it comes to anything related to the genre. This love for the films even goes as far to have theories about the stories of the films we love, of course, every film genre has its fan theory base, but when it comes to horror, you got to admit there are some interesting ones out there. Even some bordering absurdity! These fan theories are all over the internet and appear in many videos and web articles but I want to take it a step further by giving the theories a look and then offering my opinion, hell I would love to even hear YOUR opinion in the comments (keep it civil, we’re here for fun!). Warning, some of the topics below may include spoilers for certain films, read at your own risk. Childs is the thing at the end of The Thing (WhatCulture) At the end of John Carpenter’s 1982 film

Focus Home Interactive and DontNod’s gothic tale of choice and consequence, Vampyr has now found its way onto the platform. Vampyr takes players to the mean streets of 1918 London during the Spanish Flu Epidemic as the newly-turned vampire Dr. Jonathan Reid. Along with the flu spreading through the city, so has vampirism, leading Reid to investigate the cause of the rise of vampires in the city, the cause of the flu outbreak, and the truth as to what happened to him. The main focus of the game’s mechanics is choices. Though Reid can hack and slash his way through the city and earn XP to build up his stats, he can meet citizens of London and after learning more about them, players are met with a choice, just leave them be or…prey on them.
