Universal Pictures has officially exhumed The Mummy 4 from its 2028 tomb and moved the release date up to October 15, 2027. Amazon Prime Video has opted not to renew the series for a third season, meaning the sophomore slump was also its final bow. Having turned a $147 million profit on demonic family trauma, Cronin has been handed the keys to the tomb.
