The newly released teaser trailer for Candyman is here and it gives us a unique, artistic glimpse at the upcoming film. Director Nia DaCosta‘s Candyman returns to the neighborhood where the legend began, where Cabrini-Green housing projects once stood. We all know not to say the legend’s name five times, but the characters in the movie, co-written and produced by Jordan Peele, say it anyway and bring down Candyman’s wrath upon themselves. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (US, Aquaman), Tony Todd (Candyman), Teyonah Parris, Colman Domingo, and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett star. Originally set to arrive in theaters on June 12th, Candyman is now being released on September 25, 2020.

Indie Horror Anthology “Tales From Da Ville” Now Free On YouTube

The social thriller anthology series “Tales from Da Ville” is now streaming free on Youtube. The anthology is hosted by Brooklyn’s own Rapper, Bam Vito, widely known for performing the theme song for the popular web series, “Money & Violence.” The rest of the talented New York cast are actors on the rise seen on stage and screen. Credits include Blue Bloods, Hell House 3 Lake of Fire, and many more! In the anthology series, an account of Brownsville Brooklyn, tells three scary stories that deal with horrific social issues. The idea of Tales from da Ville was initiated after I saw Jordan Peele’s “Get Out”. After I saw Get out. I knew Hollywood and filmmakers as a whole were gonna tackle racism into a horror genre. I found it bold and beautiful, so when I got the chance to interview its writer-director, so I jumped at the chance. On the surface, Hunter (Haley Bennett) appears to have it all. Things Get “Personal” In Trailer For Amazon’s “Hunters” – Starring Al Pacino

Following the success of Netflix’s The Irishman Al Pacino is back in action in Amazon’s “Hunters,” the new action-packed, thrilling series executive produced by Jordan Peele. The new series follows a team of Nazi Hunters on a quest for revenge in New York City in 1977. We are introduced to the team in the new trailer. Inspired by true events, “Hunters follows a diverse band of Nazi Hunters living in 1977 New York City. The Hunters, as they’re known, have discovered that hundreds of high ranking Nazi officials are living among us and conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the U.S.” Greg Austin, Logan Lerma, Dylan Baker, Louis Ozawa Changchien, Jeannie Berlin, Tiffany Berlin, and Carol Kane round out the cast.
