New Details Emerge From ‘The Mist’

On Friday, during the Television Critics Association Press Tour, new details emerged about Spike TV’s series adaption of ‘The Mist’. Don’t expect to see reboot of the film or a strict adaption of Stephen King’s novel though. The series will be a “reimagination” with a ‘Fagro’ feel. Per TV Guide, Christian Torpe, the show’s executive producer, went on to explain: “Internally, we talk about it as doing the ‘Fargo’ approach, where the movie and the TV show is the same, but it’s different. It’s like a weird, twisted cousin to the original source material. Fans of the movie and of the book and of Mr. King’s work will certainly see elements from it…We also, in order to develop it for TV and turn it into an ongoing series, took our own little detours here and there.” Frank Darabont’s 2007 film adaption of ‘The Mist’, starring Thomas Jane and ‘Walking Dead’ actresses Melissa McBride and Laurie Holden, was pretty good, even

A second image has surfaced showing the nightmare-inducing clown lurking at the end drain pipe. In the film seven children known as The Losers’ Club come face to face with bullies and a monster that takes the shape of a demented clown known as Pennywise in Derry Maine. Jaeden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Nicholas Hamilton, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs, and Jeremy Ray Taylor will play the seven kids in the Losers’ Club. ‘IT’ has wrapped production and will open in theaters nationwide on September 8, 2017. Josh Mikel Talks About Being One Of Negan’s Saviors And Other Roles In An Interview

I had the pleasure of talking with actor Josh Mikel about many aspects of his acting career, including his role on ‘The Walking Dead’ season 7. He may play a bad guy well, but he comes across as the exact opposite in real life. Not only does he have only positive things to say about his co-stars and directors, he seems to truly love acting and the art of it, not just having his name in the credits. Horror Fuel: “You appeared in the Sundance series Rectify. What was it like to be part of a story about a man falsely convicted and sentenced to death row ?” JM: “While I am interested in the subject matter of the show (I’m very much of the opinion that there is a huge need for prison reform in this country), I think what attracted me to Rectify was more the divine auspices that brought a show like that into the world. Created
