Everything We Know So Far About The IT Remake!

“They all float down here” Although I wasn’t born when the original IT hit theaters, I mostly definitely grew up in horror movie loving family so word got around. The new Pennywise when first talked up seemed to me like a great idea but frankly I was skeptical on how the character was going to look (I even went as far as too try and find out before the reveal!). We recently reported Pennywise’s new look and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. I like how they didn’t try to make a new actor walk in the footsteps of Tim Curry, by letting the costume be totally different. Thumbs up IT 2017…so far. [Related: Take a Walk Through Derry With a These New Shots From The IT Remake] But here’s something of interest: As of recently the Duffer Brothers (behind Netflix’s Stranger Things) revealed at one point they wanted to make the flick and Producer on the flick Dan

Behold The First Image Of Bill Skarsgard In Full Costume As Pennywise In IT!

Fans were excited to see Bill Skarsgard in full makeup as Pennywise. Now, we have our first look at Skarsgard in full costume as Pennywise, via EW. The new Pennywise is darker, and dirtier, than the character originally played by Tim Curry. Frankly, it’s terrifying. Director Andy Mushetti’s adaption of Stephen King’s ‘IT’, based on the script penned by Gary Dauberman and Chase Palmer, is said to be headed to a much darker and disturbing place than the 1990 mini series. Producer Dan Lin recently gave Collider a few hints during the TCA Summer Presentation about the film (which you can read all about HERE). He explained several things including the film’s tone and casting Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise. His build is really interesting. He’s really tall and lanky, and feels a little clown like in his movement. When he came in – we had a lot of different actors read, and when he came in he had a different

But fans have been wondering what to expect from the new version. ‘IT’s producer Dan Lin recently gave Collider a few hints during the TCA Summer Presentation. I think a great analogy is actually Stranger Things, and we’re seeing it on Netflix right now,” Lin told Collider. “It’s very much an homage to ’80s movies, whether it’s classic Stephen King or even [Steven] Spielberg. Think about Stand by Me as far as the bonding amongst the kids. But there is a really

Take A Look Inside The Dark Tower

We have been following the new film adaption of Stephen King’s The Dark Tower closely. Starring Idris Elba as Roland,” The Gunslinger” and Matthew McConaughey as the villainous “Man in Black”, the adaption is in the hands of director Nikolaj Arcel, who co-wrote the script along with Akiva Goldsman. Last week we revealed photos from the set that gave us our first look at Roland and the “Man in Black”. Now, a series of stills from the film have been unveiled via Entertainment Weekly. In an interview with the magazine Elba describes Roland as “a bit lost.”He continues to say, “He’s been walking around for a long time, so he definitely feels like a man who is…coiled.” Elba goes on to say that at the start of the film, “Roland is driven by rage…” but deep down “He’s a protector.
