An Interview With The Fabulous Naomi Grossman Of ‘American Horror Story’

Most of you may recognize Naomi Grossman from her role as Pepper on ‘American Horror Story’, though she looks extremely different in real life. Naomi made an incredible transformation from beautiful woman into her character ‘Pepper’ for both season 2 (Asylum) and season 4 (Freak Show) of ‘American Horror Story’. Not only is this sassy lady a seriously talented actress, she is also a talented writer and producer. Naomi has such light hearted titles as ‘Paradrunken Activity’, ‘Hot Yoga’ and ‘Men at Work’ listed on her resume under writer/producer credits. Naomi is currently working on her latest role in the horror-thriller ‘The Chair’, directed by Chad Ferrin. ‘The Chair’ has an incredible cast list including legendary wrestler and actor Roddy Piper (They Live), Zach Galligan (Gremlins) and Kyle Hester (Then Comes Marriage). Naomi was kind enough to answer a few of my questions. I have to say, by the end of the interview, I was even more impressed with Ms.

A First Look At Josh Crook’s ‘Demon Hole’

Josh Crook, co-writer and co-director of the 2006 horror thriller ‘Salvage’, is working on a new horror-comedy titled ‘Demon Hole’. In ‘Demon Hole’ a fracking crew, drilling on Native American land, unleashes an ancient evil. Now six teens must find away to survive. Crook had this to say about ‘Demon Hole’ : “The current crop of horror movies has gotten too severe and grim. While scary, they’re also depressing. Taking influence from John Hughes as much as it does John Carpenter and Wes Craven, Demon Hole brings the vibe of the 1980s back and invites the audience to enjoy the ride.” Demon Hole’s cast includes Samantha Scaffidi (The Apocalypse Survival Guide), Paris Campbell (Night Bus), Summer Bills (House of the Witchdoctor), Adrian Denzel (Captain America: The Winter Soldier) and ‘Jupiter Ascending’ actor Austin Ramsey. An ‘It Follows’ Sequel Is Already In The Works

David Robert Mitchell’s supernatural thriller ‘It Follows’ has made a big impression on horror fans. It’s no surprise that ‘It Follows’ would have a sequel. According to Entertainment Weekly, Radius-TWC has begun the early stages of development, planing out a follow up movie that will answer some of the questions that go unanswered in ‘It Follows’. Tom Quinn, co-president of Radius-TWC had this to say: “I don’t want to give away to much, but we’ve thought about it…Flip the title. There’s so much we could do.” I can’t help but wonder what Quinn meant by “Flip the title”. Perhaps Quinn was hinting that the title of the sequel will be “Follow It” or something similar. There are so many ways the characters could be involved in behavior opposite of the ‘It Follows’ script. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Director Luis Quilez brings this supernatural thriller to life. ‘Out of the Dark’ was written by Javier Gullon (Enemy), David Pastor (Carriers) and Alex Pastor (The Last Days). In ‘Out of the Dark’ legend meets horror to create a truly intense supernatural film. ‘Out of the Dark’ reinforces the idea that nothing good can come of burying a secret, which will always come back to haunt us. There are few things I find creepier than children in horror movies. The grotesque, deformed
