Restored Spanish Horror ‘Arrebato’ Coming To Blu-ray & DVD For The First Time

Altered Innocence presents the rand-new 4K restoration of Iván Zulueta’s 1979 Spanish feature Arrebato, a dimension-shattering blend of heroin, sex, and Super-8 is the final word on cinemania. This towering feat of counterculture was the final film from the Spanish cult filmmaker and movie poster designer Zulueta (One, Two, Three, English, Hide and Seek). In this horror movie director, José is adrift in a sea of doubt and drugs. As his belated second feature nears completion, his reclusive bubble is popped by two events: a sudden reappearance from an ex-girlfriend and a package from past acquaintance Pedro: a reel of Super-8 film, an audiotape, and a door key. Back in October David Gordon Green‘s second installment of his Halloween trilogy, Halloween Kills (review), made its premiere on Peacock’s streaming service, now it’s heading home. . Speaking with Collider, David Gordon Green teased the extended cut. This is the director’s cut through and through, but there’s an additional scene that we filmed that was scripted. And actually, I think is a pretty brilliant scene. ‘Hallween Kills’ Slashes Its Way Onto Digital, 4K Ultra, Blu-ray, And More

Halloween Kills premiered in October on Peacock, much to the excitement of fans. If you didn’t see it, we have good news, there is a variety of ways to watch it this month. Come December 13th it arrives on Amazon and Steelbook, and on December 14th it will be available on Digital, before heading to 4K Ultra, Blu-ray, and DVD this January. Supernatural Horror ‘The Collingswood Story’ Out On Amazon Prime And Blu-ray

The innovative indie horror film The Collingswood Story, originally released in 2002, is available now streaming on Prime Video and available for the first time on Blu-Ray. Years before Zoom and FaceTime, visionary Sundance writer/director Mike Costanza cleverly comprised his micro-budget chiller, The Collingswood Story, out of video chats. Costanza’s cutting-edge concept helped pave the way for future hits such as Host, Paranormal Activity, and Unfriended.
