The Blackout Experiment Releases New Clip

The Blackout Experiments, billed as the most extreme, immersive horror documentary ever made in America, is not for the faint of heart. The film is designed to manipulate our darkest psychological fears. The Blackout Experiments focuses on a group of friends whose experiences with a dark psycho-sexual horror experience develop into an obsession that consumes their lives and blurs the lines between reality and their paranoid fantasies. The shocking footage that explores the dark side of each of us, is allegedly 100% real. The documentary was directed and edited by Rich Fox, with Kris Curry serving as producer. The Blackout Experiments will debut at this weekend’s Sundance Film Festival.

The long awaited film, ‘Pride And Prejudice And Zombies’, has a unveiled a new brutal trailer. The movie was both written and directed by Burr Steers, based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith and Jane Austin. ‘Pride and Prejudice and Zombies’ stars Jack Huston, Lily James, Bella Heathcote , Charles Dance, Lena Heady, Douglas Booth and ‘Dr. Who’ actor Matt Smith. In the fashion of Jane Austin’s classic tale a zombie outbreak has plagued the area. Relationships, made complex by the difference of their social classes in 19th century England, are put to the test as the undead rise. Lily James, who plays the role of the movie’s heroine Elizabeth Bennet, has made the comment “Rather than knitting and crocheting, they’re polishing muskets.” and Elizabeth is “the most badass zombie slayer there is.” Unlike in the 2005 ‘Pride and Prejudice’, this film is full of lovely ladies wielding weapons, and taking down hungry zombies. The Horror Western Kill Or Be Killed Approaching Release

Horror-westerns are big here lately, with films like Bone Tomahawk and the upcoming film Kill or Be Killed. Personally I am glad to see the trend. Horror-westerns are often an over-looked and under-rated subgenre. Kill or Be Killed will be stampeding onto DVD and Blu-ray on March 1st via RLJ Entertainment. The film was both written and directed by Duane Graves and Justin Meeks. In the autumn of 1900, outlaw Claude Barbee puts his “retirement plan” in action, attempting to lead his gang to recover a load of cash hidden after a botched railroad heist. The gang will soon discover that they are not only being hunted by the law, but a merciless evil. You can’t outrun the devil. Kill or Be Killed stars Michael Berryman, Tina Rodriguez, Justin Meeks, Paul McCarthy-Boyington, Deon Lucas, Bridger Zadine, Greg Kelly, Arianne Margot, Luce Rains, Larry Grant Harbin, Karrie Cox, Edwin Neal, Donny Boaz and others.
