Jen And Sylvia Soska’s Reimagining Of Rabid Slaying At Screenings

When Jen and Sylvia Soska‘s reimagining of David Cronenberg’s 1977 classic, Rabid was announced last year I was thrilled. I’ll be honest, I’ve been a fan of the “Twisted Twins” since I first saw American Mary back 2012. ‘Annabelle 3’ Heading To Theaters Early

We have great news for fans on The Conjuring Universe, Annabelle 3 will arrive in theaters ahead of its original release date. Originally set to open on July 3rd, the possessed doll sequel will arrive in theaters on June 28th. James Wan has teased that the spin-off has similarities to Night at the Museum. This time around Annabelle will wreak havoc in the Warren’s room of haunted artifacts. Gary Dauberman (Annabell, IT), who penned the script and who is making his directorial debut with the film, has stated that the doll will target the Warren’s 10-year-old daughter Judy (McKenna Grace) who has already had a run in with Annabelle. “Annabelle basically activates all the other haunted artifacts in that room, so it’s basically Night at the Museum with Annabelle.” Wan explains. Release Date Announced For The Horror Flick ‘Book Of Monsters’

Epic Pictures and DREAD has now announced the release date and the pre-order link for the monster-driven, audience chosen, horror film Book of Monsters, from director Stewart Sparke (The Creature Below). Book of Monsters, written by Paul Butler (The Creature Below), “began life as a Kickstarter campaign back in 2017 with a unique twist – backers could vote on six key elements of the movie including what form the monsters would take and how they killed their victims! Kevin Costner And Diane Lane Reunite For ‘Let Him Go”

Back in 2013, in Man of Steel, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane played the roles of husband and wife George and Martha Kent. The two are now reuniting for writer-director Thomas Bezucha‘s Let Him Go. Based on the novel by Larry Watson, the film centers on retired sheriff George Blackledge (Costner) and his wife Margaret (Lane) “who, following the loss of their son, leave their Montana ranch to rescue their young grandson from the clutches of a dangerous family living off the grid in the Dakotas, headed by matriarch Blanche Weboy. When they discover the Weboys have no intention of letting the child go, George and Margaret are left with no choice but to fight for their family.” Bezucha is also producing along with Paula Mazur, and Mitchell Kaplan of The Mazur Kaplan Company. ‘Last Exorcism’ Director Teaming Up With ‘The Strangers’ Writer For ‘Them’

Following this month’s episode of Hulu and Blumhouse’s holiday-themed horror series “Into the Dark”, titled “Down”, director Daniel Stamm (The Last Exorcism) teased his upcoming horror film, a home invasion thriller, during a conversation with Daily Dead. His next project titled Them was written by Bryan Bertino (The Strangers). Them, set in Texas, centers on a group of oil workers attacked by something out in the desert and sounds like a new spin on the home invasion genre.
