The new film, The Flood, has a lot going on. It has elements of a natural disaster movie, a prison break movie, and a creature feature, which will keep you on your toes. Directed by Brandon Stagle and written by Chad Law and Josh Ridgway, The Flood sees a horde of hungry alligators unleashed on a group of in-transit prisoners and their guards after a massive hurricane floods Louisiana.
Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers), Nicky Whelan (Hall Pass), and Louis Mandylor (“Friends”) star in this action-packed indie flick.
I sat down with the film’s producer, Daemon Hillin, to talk about The Flood, what it means to be a producer, as well as his upcoming projects.
Hillin has produced a horde of indie horror films, such as Death of Me, directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, the shark movie Man Eater, and last year’s The Long Night, to name a few.
Here’s what Daemon Hilling had to say.
Be sure to check out Hillin’s upcoming movies, The Midway Point, Operation Blood Hunt, and his war movie, 3 Days In Malay. And please visit his official Hillin Entertainment website to learn more and to stay current on his projects.
