Universal Pictures has unveiled a new image from the highly anticipated sequel Jurassic World: Rebirth. Empire shared the new image, which features Scarlett Johansson‘s character, Zora Bennett.
Reportedly set after the events of Jurassic World: Dominion, the film will follow a team of experts led by Scarlett Johansson‘s character, Zora Bennett. The group embarks on a perilous mission to secure DNA samples from the three largest dinosaurs on Earth. However, the mission takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a stranded family and uncover a shocking secret that has been hidden for decades.
Joining Johansson are Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, Audrina Miranda, Philippine Velge, Bechir Sylvain, and Ed Skrein.
Rebirth is directed by Gareth Edwards, known for Monsters, Godzilla, and Rouge One. David Koepp, who wrote Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park: The Lost World, returned to pen the screenplay. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley produce, with Steven Spielberg serving as executive producer.
