Forget trust falls and icebreakers—Corporate Retreat is turning the office getaway into a total bloodbath. A brand-new trailer just dropped, giving us a first look at what happens when “team building” goes horribly, violently wrong.

The Plot: HR’s Worst Nightmare

The movie is being billed as an “elevated horror-thriller” (think Succession meets The Hunt). A group of corporate power players heads to a remote location for a standard retreat, expecting cheesy seminars and open bars. Instead, they discover their leader has a dark, hidden agenda. Before the first PowerPoint can even load, the trip devolves into a brutal fight for survival.

A Powerhouse Cast

Producer Uri Singer isn’t exaggerating when he calls this cast “incredible.” The film is attracting talent from every corner of Hollywood, including Alan Ruck (Succession) and Rosanna Arquette (Pulp Fiction). There’s indie darlings Ashton Sanders (Moonlight) and Sasha Lane (American Honey). Rising star Elias Kacavas (Euphoria) also joins the cast.

The “Scream” Team Behind the Scenes

The talent isn’t just in front of the camera. Corporate Retreat Director Aaron Fisher has assembled a post-production dream team to dial up the tension. The composer Anna Drubich is the woman behind the terrifying score for Barbarian. Editor Claudia Castello, known for her sharp work on Creed and the Predator prequel Prey, is cutting the film.

Why It’s on Our Radar

With the composer of Barbarian and an ensemble this deep, Corporate Retreat is clearly aiming for something more innovative and meaner than your average slasher. It’s a satirical look at corporate greed wrapped in a gruesome, high-stakes survival story. And you thought your boss sucked. Get ready, Corporate Retreat is scheduled to arrive later this year.
