New Doc ‘FredHeads’ Will Explore Fans’ Connections To Freddy Krueger (Trailer)

FredHeads, a new documentary that explores the relationships between fans and A Nightmare on Elm Street, is due to be released this February. The documentary follows a group whose friendships were formed and molded by A Nightmare on Elm Street. They venture out to share the stories of other fans of all ages from around the world whose lives were also changed by the horror film franchise. “This has been an incredible journey,” says Paige Troxell, director, editor, and producer of FredHeads. “I feel so incredibly honored that I get to share these stories of how each of us have used these films to face our own nightmares. Following the announcement of the new project Shock Rock Movie, directed by Lord Zane and Dagon Destroyer of Society 1, a teaser has been released, giving a short glimpse into what’s to come. The clip never features before-seen footage of Wayne Static commenting on Lord Zane’s world record for longest body suspension. In the new film, Dagon and Zane will be interviewing various artists as well as discussing their own contributions to the genre that they became heavily involved with when Zane began body suspension during the band performances in 2002. “It was just one of those surreal days. I’m hanging six hours with fours hooks breaking the previous record held by Cris Angel and Wayne is there for most of the day. Society 1 Members Announce Shock Rock Doc Ahead Of New Tour

Award-winning director Matt “The Lord” Zane and co-director Dagon Destroyer have begun working on a new documentary exploring the shock rock genre. This will be Zane’s follow-up to 2022’s documentary “The Altered Noise” which was about his former bandmate DV Karloff. In the new film, Dagon and Zane will be interviewing various artists as well as discussing their own contributions to the genre that they became heavily involved with when Zane began body suspension during the band performances in 2002. In addition to interviews, Zane’s band SOCIETY 1, featuring Dagon on drums, will be followed by a camera crew when they hit the road for next year’s “Rise Of The Machine” tour with Static-X, Fear Factory, and Dope. “This isn’t just going to be some rehash of a shock rock documentary.
