Unboxing: Spirit Halloween Teases New Line Of Animatronics With Graveyard

The splendid and spooky folks at Spirit Halloween sent us a mystery surprise! When I opened the cardboard box, I found a big wooden box with “Spirit Hallows Cemetary” carved on its lid. I was surprised when I opened it to discover a miniature graveyard and a small shovel. I found a plastic pull, and it opened, revealing a dirt-filled grave. I dug up a casket. Inside I found a vampire, which is a magnet, wrapped up in bloody rags. After I closed the box, one of the coolest things we’ve ever gotten, I scanned the code on the back of the card that came with it, and it took me to a page with a video (watch it below) and a list of tombstones teasing the names of the new animatronics Spirit Halloween will soon release. Malcolm McDowell Starring In Big Screen Adaptation Of ‘The Vampyre’

John William Polidori’s classic 1819 tale The Vampyre is getting a feature film adaptation titled The Vampyre: Blood & Ink Deadline reports. Clockwork Orange star Malcolm McDowell (31, Halloween 2007) is starring alongside Derek Jacobi (Murder on the Orient Express), Frances Barber (Dreamland), Amelia Gething (Emily, Mary & George), Amelia Clarkson (Red Rose, The Last Kingdom), and Bill Fellows (Ted Lasso) in the film from Milky Way Media. Rosanna Hamlin and Trisha Ward are adapting the story for the screen. Deadline states, “The Vampyre: Blood & Ink will depict Polidori’s dark account of the famed and mythical creatures.
