GSN And Jason Blum Present The New Horror Game Show Hellevator Premiering October 21

GSN network and Jason Blum, CEO of Blumhouse Production, a horror producing powerhouse, have teamed up to bring us something new and exciting, a horror themed game show titled ‘Hellevator’. The show begins with contestants entering an ominous elevator. At every floor that the Hellevator stops, a team member must get off and complete that floors demented challenge, facing terrifying sites, monsters, and twisted characters that lay before them in order to win a purse of cash for their team. If they don’t make it back before the elevator closes, they’re trapped on the floor, along with whatever is lurking there in the dark. And if you thought the show’s concept couldn’t get any cooler, the twin writing/directing duo of Jen and Sylvia Soska will be hosting the show, as well as with pulling the strings. George R. R. Martin’s Skin Trade Being Developed Into A Series

A series is currently in development by Cinemax, based on George R. R. Martin’s novella ‘The Skin Trade’. The award winning ‘Game of Thrones’ author will be serving as an executive producer for the new show. The series will be penned by Kalinda Vazquez (Once Upon a Time), who will also be an executive producer. ‘The Skin Trade’ will center on werewolf Willie Flambeaux, a collection agent and his friend, Randi Wade as the two discover details surrounding a rash of grisly murders.

IFC Midnight Presents Dementia Coming To Theaters Soon

War Veteran George Lockhart (Gene Jones) must deal with his estranged family, while facing dementia. George’s son Jerry (Peter Cilella) and his granddaughter Shelby (Hassie Harrison) persuade him to hire a live-in nurse, not knowing she is hiding a sinister secret. ‘Dementia’ stars Gene Jones of ‘The Sacrament’, Peter Cilla (Resolution), Marc Senter (Red, White & Blue), Graham Skipper (Almost Human), Molly McQueen (Carjacked), and Tony Denison from the series ‘The Closer’. South Of Hell To Premier With An All Day Marathon

WE TV has announced that they will air the entire first season of their new supernatural series ‘South of Hell’ marathon style on November 27, Black Friday. The first episode of ‘South of Hell’ will premier at 6pm (est). If you miss the marathon because you’re hitting the sales, don’t worry, after the marathon, all of the episodes will be available on VOD. I’ve been looking forward to seeing ‘South of Hell’ since we first reported on it back in last December. Hack/Slash Comic Being Adapted For TV

The cult horror comic ‘Hack/Slash’ will be joining the ranks of ‘The Walking Dead’, ‘Outcast’ and the horde of other comics being adapted for TV. Skip Woods, the man behind ‘Hitman’, will be penning the script for the new series as well as serving executive producer, along with Adrian Askarieh, Daniel Alter and Geoffrey Yim. ‘Hack/Slash’ was created by Tim Seeley and Stefano Caselli. The comic series centers on the emotionally damaged young woman, Cassie Hack. Cassie, along with Vlad, her massive companion and protector, travel the country hunting killers, think Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees. There is also word that ‘Hack/Slash’ will also be getting a film in 2018. There is no word yet who will star in the series or the film or when the series will premier.

Annabelle 2 Is In The Works

2014’s ‘Annabelle‘, the spin-off of ‘The Conjuring’, had good numbers at the box office ($84 Million) and as result, it’s getting a sequel. The Tracking Board first broke the news that the Gary Dauberman, who penned the original script, will be returning as writer for the next film. Unfortunately, it seems that ‘Annabelle’s’ director, John Leonetti, won’t be directing part 2. James Wan will be once again be serving as producer. In the first film a loving husband gifts his pregnant wife with an antique doll for their baby’s nursery. When their neighbors are murdered the doll becomes possessed by one of their spirits. Soon the family is plagued with intense paranormal activity. ‘Annabelle’ was actually based on a true case handled by paranormal experts Ed and Lorraine Warren, though the doll was given a makeover for her film debut. The real Annabelle is actually a Raggedy-Anne doll.

Body Of Murder Victim Mistaken By Community As Halloween Decoration

It’s that wonderful time of year when people’s yards and houses are filled with skeletons, pumpkins and monsters. For Chillicothe, Ohio, a yard decoration turned out to be the real thing. At 8:30 am on Wednesday morning, a construction worker went to get a close up look at a body decorating a fence, only it turned out be a lot more than just your average stuffed dummy, it was the body of a murdered woman. The body was hanging from it’s sleeve from the fence, and the neighbors all thought it was just a decoration. Tammy Dixon, one of the witnesses to the find, was quoted as saying “Just put my hands over my face and said ‘This can’t be happening here, it’s not real’, and ‘I just didn’t see what I thought I saw.”‘ The victim had been beaten so badly that her face was unrecognizable. Later the body was identified as Rebecca Cade, a 31 year old mother,
