The ultimate final girl is back. Neve Campbell returns as Sidney Prescott in Scream 7, and the stakes have never been higher. We’ve just gotten a new pulse-pounding TV spot that features Ghostface threatening Sidney’s daughter.

Kevin Williamson Takes the Lead

In a massive win for longtime fans, franchise creator Kevin Williamson is stepping into the director’s chair for the first time in the series. It’s a full-circle moment that promises to bring the franchise back to its roots while elevating the terror to new heights.

A Family Affair

Sidney has spent years trying to build a quiet life far from the shadow of Ghostface, but the mask is back. This time, the nightmare hits home—literally. When a new killer emerges, Sidney’s daughter (played by Isabel May) becomes the primary target. To save her family, Sidney has to stop running and face her past one last time to end the bloodshed for good.

The Cast: Legends & New Blood

Scream 7 features a massive ensemble that bridges the gap between the legacy characters and the new generation. Both legacy Final Girls return: Neve Campbell as Sidney and Courteney Cox as the unstoppable Gale Weathers are back. The survivors from the recent sequels, Jasmin Savoy Brown (Mindy) and Mason Gooding (Chad), are back in the line of fire. There’s also a stacked supporting cast, including Joel McHale, Anna Camp, McKenna Grace, Jimmy Tatro, and Mark Consuelos.

Ghostface Goes Global to Local

After the bloody chaos of New York City in Scream 6, this installment aims to return the horror to a more personal, intimate setting. Written by Guy Busick and James Vanderbilt, the story is intended as the definitive “final chapter” of Sidney’s journey.

Get Ready

Scream 7 hits theaters on February 27, 2026. Check out the new TV spot below to see Sidney gear up for the fight of her life!
