IFC Films has now unveiled the trailer for writer-director Andrew Seman’s (Nancy Please) jaw-dropping sophomore feature, the psychological horror film Resurrection, which had its world premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival. In the film, “Margaret (Rebecca Hall) leads a successful and orderly life, perfectly balancing the demands of her busy career and single parenthood to her fiercely independent daughter Abbie. Everything is under control. But that careful balance is upended when an unwelcome shadow from her past, David (Tim Roth) returns, carrying with him the horrors of Margaret’s past. Home Invasion Thriller ‘Human Factors’ Coming To Digital (Trailer)

Dark Star Pictures announced today that the home invasion thriller Human Factors, that screened at Sundance, is set to be released late this May. Sabine Timoteo, Mark Waschke, Jule Hermann, and Wanja Valentin Kube star in the German-Italian-Danish production from director Ronny Trocker, The film centers on couple Nina and Jan who have signed a new politically-charged client, forcing them to confront their clashing priorities. To escape mounting tensions at work, they whisk their kids, Max and Emma, away to their seaside vacation home.
