Will Stephen King ever stop crafting terrifying tales? God, we hope not. During a recent chat with The Losers’ Club Podcast, the master of horror revealed that his new tale, Rattlesnakes, is actually a sequel to his classic rabid dog novel Cujo! “I just wrote a long story called Rattlesnakes. And it involves, at one part, twins who are only four years old… falling into a rattlesnake pit. And the snakes get them. It’s a terrible scene.” King continues, “This novella that I’ve just written, Rattlesnakes… is a sequel to Cujo.” While that’s all the details we know about the new tale, that’s enough for us to want to read it. He’s turning the lovable, honey-loving character Winnie the Pooh into a psycho killer in the upcoming brutal horror movie Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey. The movie that has zero to do with Disney, is made possible because Winnie the Pooh is now one of the characters that are in now public domain, meaning anyone can do whatever they want with him, Waterfield just happened to decide to make him into a brutal killer. During yesterday’s Licensing Expo in Vegas, promo art from Tim Burton‘s upcoming Netflix series “Wednesday” teased a Fall premiere date, according to Collider. The art is the same that was featured on the teaser poster that Netflix released a while back, except this time we actually get a time frame. The series sees the “Addams Family” star, Christina Ricci returns as a yet-to-be-named character. Universal’s vampire movie The Last Voyage of Demeter was originally going to set sail in early 2023, unfortunately, it has now been announced that the film will not be coming ashore until August 11th of 2023. But at least it’s finally heading our way after years of wandering the seas. The Last Voyage of the Demeter has been boarded by Autopsy of Jane Doe and Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark’s André Øvredal who will be at the helm, directing from the latest script penned by Zak Olkewicz (Bullet Train).
