First Clip From Scream Writer’s ‘Sick’ Sees The Arrival Of An Intruder

One of the films premiering at Midnight Madness at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) from September 8-18, 2022, is Sick, from Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer‘s writer Kevin Williamson. In a new clip, shared by Collider, which gives off major Scream vibes, a knock at the door sees the arrival of an intruder. Disney+ has finally conjured the long-awaited sequel to Hocus Pocus. Ahead of its release later this month, a second trailer has been unleashed giving us a glimpse of the Sanderson sister’s back story. It’s been 29 years since someone lit the Black Flame Candle and resurrected the 17th-century Sanderson sisters, and they are looking for revenge. Trailer Debuts For Netflix’s True-Crime Inspired Thriller ‘The Good Nurse’

While its title may be The Good Nurse, Netflix’s upcoming thriller is about someone who is anything but good. Set to premiere this October, the film is based on a real-life serial killer, Charles Cullen, and is an adaptation of Charles Graeber’s 2013 book The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder. The film is from BAFTA-nominated director Tobias Lindholm (Mindhunter, The Hunt) and Oscar-nominated writer Krysty Wilson-Cairns (1917). It stars Jessica Chastain (It Chapter Two) and Fantastic Beast’s Eddie Redmayne. In The Good Nurse, an infamous caregiver is implicated in the deaths of hundreds of hospital patients.
